Are you always criticizing yourself?
You might be hustling and bustling, scoring all the goals.
But why do you feel like you are missing something?

Before I met Yoga, at the highlight of my career as a professional dancer touring the world, I was miserable inside. I was on a hamster wheel to chase the next big thing, and never felt that I was enough nor had enough.

Yoga practice helped me to see things more clearly.
It is so much more than physical yoga poses. It is a practice to bring yourself back to your truth that you're the divine, shed all the lies you learned that you are not enough and be in harmony with all being around us.

Join us on this retreat. You will learn the tool to find peace, self acceptance through teaching of yoga. Immerse yourself in the secluded nature to unlearn the lies where there is nothing to remind you of the old self. And take it with you and continue the journey of living in harmony.

We honor the roots of yoga and dive deep into the practice.
Open yourself up to spiritual awakening through the ancient wisdom from India thousands of years ago.
Yoga means “to unite.” But with what? Mind, body and soul. Tap into your true nature. You are so much more than "me" "myself" and "I."

As we go through life in a busy society
we learn to close our hearts from heart breaks and suffering, all the lies telling us that we are not enough.
Yoga practice is teaching us that each of us are the divine beyond our individual identities.

I am a Japanese yoga teacher based in LA.
In my 20’s I had a great career as a professional dancer and toured the world with Taylor Swift, Madonna, Britney Spears and more. I had a strong goal setting mindset only to realize that chasing "the next big thing" won’t fulfill my soul.
I started practicing yoga in 2012 and yoga helped me physically and mentally. It helped me find self love and self acceptance. I don’t need to be a perfect achiever to be worthy of love. Now this is my passion to share the practice of yoga with others.

I spent more than 700 hours of yoga teacher training in vinyasa, hatha, yin and rocket yoga as well as traditional Thai yoga massage.

I learned in-depth yoga philosophy in Goa, India in 300 hour advanced yoga teacher training in 2022.
Inclusivity is vital to my teaching. Let’s find home to our bodies and unite with the divine.
Getting here
Available airports: Managua MGA (Nicaragua), Liberia LIR (Costa Rica)

To get into Nicaragua by air or land, you need to fill out the immigration form 7 days prior to arrival.

Flying to Managua, Nicaragua:
Flying into Managua is the easiest option once you are on the ground with just
a 2-2.5 hour drive through the beautiful Nicaraguan countryside directly to Costa Dulce. The difficulty here is that there are fewer direct flight options to our next easiest international airport located in Liberia, Costa Rica.

Flying to Liberia, Costa Rica and entering Nicaragua via the land border:
Costa Rica has dropped all COVID related travel requirements, you just need proof of onward travel like your return flight or bus ticket. The flights to Liberia typically have better prices and more options and the airport is also only about
3 hours travel time to Costa Dulce including the border crossing. Crossing the land border can be intimidating if you don’t speak Spanish, however Costa Dulce have a team of drivers on both sides of the border to help you along the way.

It is always best to do your own research, Nicaragua’s Board of Tourism typically has the most up to date information.

Why retreats are so expensive?
Retreat investments go to semi-private yoga sessions and transformative workshops that we design with passion, planned activities and all your meals. Think about this, If you would go on a vacation, you will be planning all your accommodation yourself, paying for each meal, drinks, activities, etc for the same amount of money. And you may still spend lots of time on the phone and not be able to have the mental break that you wanted. On the retreat, we take care of it all and you get to be in the environment where encouraging you to practice mindfulness. So why not go on a retreat to share a transformative experience with like minded people ;)
Do I have to participate in all retreat activities?
We have tons of practice, workshops and activities scheduled in the retreat and you will still have plenty of free time to relax, and do what you wish to do. We would love for you to participate in everything and make the most out of the retreat but of course, it is your time and your choice! Enjoy your time for you! If you are looking to receive continuing education hours as a yoga teacher, we will recommend participaring in every activities. if you miss some, we will simply credit you for the hours you participated.
